Our EIS candidates will have worked 3+ years post MBA in a management capacity; controlling a P&L, hiring and firing decisions with exposure to driving topline revenue efforts.
Target industry experience with a goal of searching in that and/or adjacent verticals is a core candidate attribute. Unlike our traditional searchers, we expect our EIS to have aligned with key industry segments and look to acquire in those segments of the market.
We become a true partner with you as an EIS, providing you the full resources of the firm and acting as your primary LP should you acquire a company. We work closely with you on a weekly basis in helping move toward LOI, diligence, Purchase Agreement, debt procurement and ultimately acquisition success.
