What We Look for in an EIS Candidate

Tenured Operating Experience

On average, EIS candidates have a minimum of five years of post-MBA managerial P&L responsibility. These individuals have operated as general managers within larger organizations and have demonstrated the ability to own results, lead teams, and execute strategic objectives.

Defined Industry Focus

EIS candidates bring credible, domain-level experience within a specific industry vertical. They are not generalists exploring broadly; they are focused operators seeking opportunities within a sector where they possess insight, relationships, and pattern recognition.
