Tatiana Gaspar partners with searchers each step of the way, from sourcing, through diligence, closing, and value creation. Prior to Next Coast, Tatiana was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs. At GS for six years, she helped build and scale the Private Bank business driving growth as the right-hand to the COO. While at GS, Tatiana led the build of GS’ Digital Banking Platform for high-net-worth individuals.
She holds a B.A. from Brown University, is a CFA charterholder, and a Fundação Estudar Fellow. Tatiana serves on the Board of Directors of O&W Heat Treat and is a Board Observer for Odyssey Autism, Cyberdata Pros, and HerScan. She also serves on the Boards of Directors of the Women’s Search Network and the Austin Rowing Club. Tatiana has two dogs, a yellow Labrador named Cheddar and a pit bull mix named Brie, and enjoys rowing on Lady Bird Lake in her free time.
